My list of foods that I can and can not eat.
- Chicken – grilled, canned,
- Chicken strips – I can eat them once in a while
- Almond Milk
- White rice
- BBQ sauce
- Snap peas
- Green Onions
- Coconut milk ice cream
- gluten free pretzels made from rice flour.
- Corn flour tortilla chips
- Raw Carrots – bloat and IBS pain
- Boiled Potatoes – bloat
- Puffin cereal – IBS pain
- Green grapes – more gas
- 2 % lactose free milk – Still on the fence. (Does give me stinky farts)
- SourDough bread
- Heavenly hunks- taste great, but my tummy feels weird.
- Steak – felt a bit heavy in the guts, might not be something I can have often.
