My list of foods that I can and can not eat.

YES List

  • Cheerios
  • Oats
  • Chicken – grilled, canned,
  • Chicken strips – I can eat them once in a while
  • Lettuce
  • Almond Milk
  • White rice
  • BBQ sauce
  • Mayo
  • cherries
  • pears
  • Snap peas
  • Pineapple
  • Green Onions
  • Coconut milk ice cream
  • gluten free pretzels made from rice flour.

NO List

  • Wine
  • Corn flour tortilla chips
  • ย Raw Carrots – bloat and IBS pain
  • Boiled Potatoes – bloat
  • Puffin cereal – IBS pain
  • Green grapes – more gas

 

Maybe/Limited List

  • 2 % lactose free milk – Still on the fence. (Does give me stinky farts)
  • SourDough bread
  • Heavenly hunks- taste great, but my tummy feels weird.
  • Steak – felt a bit heavy in the guts, might not be something I can have often.
